With the forest as a resource, unique knowledge linked with the paper and pulp industry has been developed in Värmland. The Packaging Arena
The Packaging Arena is an economic association with around 50 member companies. These operate in various parts of the entire packaging development process: material manufacture, printing, design, retailing and research. This cluster organisation was formed in order to make the most of two of Värmland's strengths: the paper and pulp industry, and the graphic industry.
The Packaging Arena offers an environment for world-class packaging development which is always centred on consumers. To develop the packaging of the future, unique services are offered which are based on the latest knowledge. Assignments and methods are adapted according to the needs of customers. Customers receive valuable assistance with their development work work, while at the same time new knowledge is developed and becomes a driving force which will take the packaging industry forwards.
The Packaging Arena's vision is to create the most innovative environment for consumer-driven packaging development in Europe. Its aim is for consumer insight and sustainability to be its driving forces when creating the packaging of the future.
