Running a company
The day-to-day lives of entrepreneurs are rapidly filled with tasks which have nothing to do with either production or sales. Bookkeeping and other administration take take, negotiations have to be prepared, agreements have to be formulated. At the same time, you have to monitor trends and developments affecting your industry, understand what your competitors are doing and, not least, constantly work to promote your own development and the development of your company.
Networks are important, and so is maintaining associations with good advisors. Development and expansion can grow from new business contacts, new knowledge and new business concepts which come into being when you meet other entrepreneurs.
You might also need to take on more staff or make greater investments in order to progress.
