Grön Ko goulash

(4 portions)

1 chopped onion

1 large clove of garlic, chopped

1 dl diced red pepper

2.5 tbsp tomato purée

1 tbsp paprika

0.5 tbsp whole cumin seeds

1.5 tbsp veal stock

1 dl diced carrots

3 dl diced firm potato

300 g minced beef

3 tsp cooking oil

1 dl diced celeriac

6.5 dl water

0.75 tsp cumin, ground

2.5 tsp salt

0.75 tsp chilli powder

1 pinch ground black pepper

 

Fry the onion, garlic, spices and mince in the oil.

Add the water and stock.

Add the potato, root vegetables and tomato purée

Cook for 30-40 min.

Add the diced pepper and bring the soup to the boil.

Serve with sour cream or crème fraiche and fresh bread.
